Implementation

The results of our consultations form the basis for further action. If, together with our clients, we come to the conclusion, that automation can be used sensibly and purposefully to secure software architectures and to help processes become more effective, then we initiate all further steps.

In general, we prepare a so-called proof of concept of the automation. Including a viable plan for implementation and a concept for the development of the automation solution, it contains all the essential milestones to be achieved on the way to the solution. Not just because of the transparency this procedure has proven itself in practice: Our customers are informed about the current status of the project in every phase of the implementation. We then develop the automation solution. This is done in close cooperation with our customers.

Execution

Upon request, we can offer an all-round carefree package in the field of software automation. You benefit from the high demands we place on ourselves: Our goal is to offer our customers high-quality and efficient services and implementations in the field of test or process automation. We take up the respective requirements with our customers and create an action plan for you. We then implement the test or process automation. Execution, analysis and reporting are carried out within an individually agreed framework.
